First proper wash in a while

Featured Replies

First off, Kudos to ALL those out there who do this professionally. You have both better stamina than I AND more patience by the looks of things when it comes to giving a car a thorough seeing to!

They're not exactly the best images, and unfortunately when I had "finished" and started taking pictures, I started to notice some spots I had missed and didn't do too great on, but considering it hasn't had a wash since November time, I don't think it's too bad.

I don't quite think I've got my head around this whole claying malarky though so I'll prolly have to look into that, but waxing is pretty new to me. Never before have I waxed this car, or my previous, so not only was I pleasantly surprised by the results but crikey does it give your arms a workout!

But hey, at least it'll look nice and shiny for at least a few days now!

Thanks for the comments! It is very shiny in the metal, but I imagine I could have put a bit more effort into it and gotten the parts I'd missed, like the underside of the vRS badge on the rear and the plastic trim next to the fogs could have been washed better I suppose, lol

Looking good and that is one heck of a drive...............

You can squeeze about 6 or 7 cars on there, but obviously the wide angle lens doesn't help much with distortion! heh. The only downside is that it's on a slope, so it's not the best when it comes to working on the car as jacking the car up becomes a bit of a problem!

Well, by all means I don't mind renting some space out to you! lmao

I went out yesterday morning to find that it had rained the night before and took a snap of the beading on the roof of the car. I've noticed a few people make some comments about it on a few threads over the last week and thought I'd add some fuel to the fire, lmao.
