I might have been, had I not paid £700 less than the price they are asking for an absolutely identical spec '09 reg vehicle (ie same colour, CR, DSG, rear parking sensors, maxidot etc etc) on 1st March!

Also I think they're being a little disingenuous with regard to the list price and savings. I'm pretty sure that the price they are quoting is for the (as yet not available?) semi-facelift VRS ie has the new dash panel and steering wheel etc, but old shape headlights. The interior pics clearly show this is a previous MY model, so previous pricing should apply - I think about £19,500?

Didn't think the CR engine was in the Passat until 58 plates :confused:

no, my passat is PD, the car on ebay is also PD, The sound deadening is very good on mine unlike some other PD cars i've driven, its surprisingly quite to say its PD
