Some muppet went into the nearside of the car damaging two door panels after pulling out of the kerbside whilst parked and attempting to do a u turn, he didn't see me and said i must have been speeding!! With a dog in the back and front passenger i was barely breaking 30mph. No witnesses so we'll just have to let the insurance companies argue it out but here is a picture of the damage.

I'm not sure how long it will take to replace but hopefully a couple of weeks should do it? It's off into the body shop tomorrow and i'll probably get a Chevrolet Matiz as a replacement from Enterprise rent a shed.

At least the claims are protected :-) but i'm hoping i get the excess back as the third party is quite clearly in the wrong with picture evidence.

It looks like two outer skins but i'm unsure of any internal damage.

Sorry mate, not what anyone needs! But he said it "he didn't see YOU" therefore driving without due care and attention in my book!

He should have said that in front of a witness!
