Chrome Grill Surround

Featured Replies

My painted black chrome front grill is VERY chipped after just one year. Rather then paying £30 to get it re-done every year or strip it down, where can I just get a new one? I don't need the whole grill, just the chrome bit - Hoping it will be cheap like £10-£30 or something, not getting much luck with Skoda garage....

have you tried a scrap yard?

Finally got through to Skoda, they want £50.11 :eek: That's alot of dollar for some chrome effect plastic! Have rung about 10 scrappies now (Nice idea Wilsonian!) but no one has any - We must just be such careful drivers that we don't put our beloved Skodas into hedges! Any more ideas before I part with £50....

Lol, i rang skoda yesterday about the same part, and was very shocked like you at the price!!!!

£50.77 + vat..........yer no thanks!

there not on eBay either. I guess many wouldn't be at scrap yards as it's one of the first things to get damaged.

What about a fabia on eBay being broken? (Haven't looked)

or try skospares.com
