Hi ive bought a signal booster for my aftermarket radio.think ive sussed where other bits go but struggling with where the blue wire goes ?any body help please or even better is there any tutes on fitting these

Is there not an electric aerial lead or similar on your new stereo?

My Alpine has such a lead, and thats where i'll be connecting my aerial amp this weekend,

friends just gave me it all that was there wire wise was two amp leads.havent got a clue where to put this blue wire it must be something to do with twelve volts i assume ?

I wired bluw wire into the switched live (for the radios memory) on the Sony unit I put in the wifes Fab

do you have a link to the booster you bought?

also, does it boost AM reception too? i've not been able to get any AM signal on my original Skoda unit, or the Kenwwod HU i fitted!!

really frustrated!!!!

I dont think my stereo does AM, so i cant really try it.
