The time has come to sell my Mk1...I'm going to end up doing 25k a year so im going to get a diesel.

I don't know weather to return the car to standard before trying to sell, any opinions on this?

It has a Blue flame cat back, apr down pipe. Re-map, FMIC, forge DV, green cotton filter, had cam belt and water pump less than a month old. new electric window motor, Cupra r spliter.

Full main dealer service history, oil was changed last week with the filter. Car has almost 38k miles.

It is mint inside and out, other than some small stone chips on the bonnet.

Its on a 53plate and id remove the plate.

Is it worth more as standard? Any ideas on what its worth? Its really hard to judge with all the mods.

Defo take the FMIC off and probably the exhaust system inc. d'pipe - sell these seperately!

I was thinking that will be the best route, as its only been on a week ill perhaps take it off next weekend, and get the standard d/p back on.

The hardest thing is working out a price, going to the local skoda dealer now to look at some tdi's.

Wtf you only just put the fmic on, at least get some enjoyment out of it first .

i will get some enjoyment out of it, i wont take it off till someone is interested, was going to do it next weekend but got to fly all day sat and sunday now ....
