reversing camera

Featured Replies

Im thinking of putting a reversing camera on the car and wonder where others have put them, im also going to fit a forward cam on the lower front grill.

dsmithmobile has a rear facing camera where the key hole used to be for the hatch. Looks really tidy and you can hardly notice it.

Not really my thing though! I just get out and have a look if I don't know what's behind me.

Front mounted one could be fun for track days or the 'ring though.

Im more interested in the front one also but when im at it thought why not stick on a rear one. Just need to find a cheap device which can record my laps and stuff.

Here is where I have mine: CCD bumper mounted, I PM'd dsmithmobile re his and there is a lot of wok involved in removing the boot opening mechanism. Hence the flush bumper option.

i could always put it in the same line as my reversing sensors. might cover the lens in mirror film to make it blend in better.
