I think I may have made a slight error of judgement

My vRS is 3 years old in January.

My plan was with a month to go I'd take it in, get it's first MOT and also have the vehicle checked over from top to bottom for anything that could be done under warranty.

Then it suddenly hit me - many 3yr warranty's are actually 3yr/36000 miles.

I've managed to put 38000 on mine.

Am I going to be out of luck if anything pops up due to my milleage?
