Hi guys, Im lookin to buy a hitch for my mark 2, 2006 reg VRS Octavia, (i know, i know, but its a necessity at this stage!!!) i really dont want to cut the bumper, any of you come across a good one that avoids cutting....

I have the Skoda one, Westfalia make it I think. No cutting needed as the bumper is pre shaped for this bar. Not a bad job to fit too and there used to be a photo guide on here of one being fitted to a MkII hatch. (found it! http://briskoda.development.scalr.net/forums/showthread.php?t=62247) I've been very happy with it as the towball stores in the spare wheel tool tray & the electrics fold up out of sight too! I was in a similar situation, where I had no choice but to have one fitted to my vRS at the time. Fortunately I don't "have" to use it very often, but it's still a good piece of kit imho. I love the fact that there is no outwards visible sign at all, when it's not in use!

I know some have said its expensive compared to others, so perhaps you could get a better deal by shopping around for one from another source?
