does anyone know if these are available anywhere i have a mk1 octavia vrs. i have found the front one has split and while fitting my sports cat and the bracket is off i mite aswell change to uprated if there available. cheers

i think there is some available, unfortunatly i cant remember where from so im not really much help to you buddy.

I will keep an eye on the thread though because i could do with a shorter rear rubber if there is such a thing

I'd just get all 3 mounts from Skoda if I were you. When I first got my car the tailpipe had a right droop on, and it looked redonculous! Popped a new rear mount on from Skoda and it's pulled it right up to where it should be and looks so much neater.

I can't see any advantage of using harder exhaust mounts. Surely it would cause more forces to be transmitted into the exhaust brackets and joins.

I've heard people say that it isn't wise to use uprated Poly exhaust mounts for that very reason with stainless exhausts.

My OEM ones lasted 7 years so I think a new set of OEM ones would do the job.

thanks guys just wondered that was all incase it was worth upgradin. the front 2 that i require are only £5.24 each from skoda so will order those in now i know. cheers
