vag com cable

Featured Replies

My testing engine electronics light has come, but on the car seems fine so not overly concerned. I want to buy a vag-com cable to find out what the issue is, just not totally sure which one to get. I have looked through the site but a lot of the links dont seem to work.

Also if anyone can give me a link to get the ross-tech free software that would be great.

thanks .

Thanks bugOlugs i did look at the rosstech site but it does not give specific info for skoda ,i know the mechanics are based on the vw audi 18t engine so are all the leads the same

K-line,

You could get a third party cable off of ebay, But you won't be able to do much! Couple this with a license from Ross-Tech and you'll gain more access.

If you just want to be able to check DTC and extinguish CEL try a fault code reader from the likes of GENDAN.
