Is it posible to remove and change the battery in the key fob for the central locking system on the Ocyt MK11

Yes!

The flip key fob just pulls apart emoticon-0100-smile.gif

Details are in the manual on page 44 (pre-facelift) or page 42 (facelift). Stick a screwdriver in the join on the back of the key to separate the two halves. The remote part should then pull apart.
