Central locking

Hi all

Im hoping some1 can help me get to the bottom of my prob as its driving me nuts.

I have a Skoda Octavia 1.8 20v Turbo 4x4 01 plate and my central looking will not unlock for cold ?

Right now for more more info :-)

Using the key at any time is fine, i can put it in and turn to unlock and lock and auto windows work find when held in the lock or unlock position, so that all ok.

Using the key fob is whats giving me tubble :-( when i try to unlock the car by remote 1st thing in the morning nothing will happen? its will lock by remote ok all the time,

so i need to unlock it by using the key by hand.

But when i get to were im going get out and lock the car agen its will then let me unlock with the remote lol but only if i try to unlock it within 5 mins,

if i leve it any longer it will not unlock by remote and only lock?

Its as if its forget how to unlock by remote,

I have changed the battery in both Key fob and there are both doing the same.

Any 1 had this befor.

PS hope its not to confusing thay way i put it :-)
