Does anyone know if the Fabia II takes the same radio fitting/connections as the Octavia II?

I can get a new Witson D781S for about £200 and am tempted! I tried an MFD2 in my Octy II (replacement for Stream) and wasn't greatly impressed with its GPS software, not up to TomTom of iGO8 standards, so liek the idea of running TomTom on a Witson in the wife's Fabia II.
