VRS Seat Question

I have a question for anyone who may have had to either remove the seats, or may even have had the same problem. It is more an annoying rattle than anything but the lower plastic part of my passenger side seat is loose.

Bit difficult to explain but it is the plastic facia that surrounds the base. It is the part that has the single screw holding the two parts together (good description I know!)

Does anyone know what holds this plastic part on, is it just the screw or are there clips as well. The drivers side is solid, but passenger side is loose, so something isn't right :|
