Offside Rear Wheel Bearing

Featured Replies

Now then, now then..

Need some advice again, as the title says i need the offside rear wheel bearing replacing on my 2001 octy vrs. I have my dads mate who quoted me £50 fitted but he lives 150 miles away, so i have rang around my local garages and they are quoting anything from £85+vat to £100+vat and Skoda Hull have just quoted £200. :o

Has anyone had theirs done, what did you pay? I take it that its not so easy to do yourself?

Much love!

Well it's easy enough if you have the tools. I paid ~€60 for having mine done. Although not with original skoda bearing and now it's acting up again.
