Amplified Aerials & Wriring Into Fusebox

Hi. Part way through installing a new head unit and it needs a new harness. I've got the harness, but it requires plugging into the fusebox :S I've had a look at the fusebox and its a bit confusing. I've got the rear cover off, so the wires going into the box are exposed. Do i now have to seperate the inner workings from the front were the fuses fit?

Or is there some easier way of routing the wire into the box? :S
