im due to collect my octavia vrs next week and it is standard ride height but im looking to lower it.im not wanting to go the coilover route as i had them on my golf and although it handled well the ride was very harsh.

whats the best springs to go for and what type of drop will give the best results cheers

Mines on AP coilovers and having raised it a touch from when previous owner had them set, the handling is superb and the ride quality i deffo wouldnt describe as harsh at all.

Agreed, I'm on H&R's sat where the previous owner set them and they deal with Surrey & London very well

If your just wanting to do the springs then the H&R's are pretty much the best suited springs for the VRS.

Did various people here not discover that the AP coilovers are not suitable for a vRS, but just a standard Octy?
