thirdtimeluck thanks mate, yer the wheels are the standard 16" wheels as i wanted to keep it running as well as possible with those on, they are refurbed in gloss black, and i love them dearly :), what do you recon to the quality and ride of the apex springs on yours?

by the way, my phone is new, takes some getting used too lol :)

how would you rate your springs mate, i think mine are pretty shoddy to be fair but havent found anyone with 40mm apex ones like myself to get a second opinon

thirdtimeluck what do you recon to the quality and ride of the apex springs on yours?

To be honest it is quite firm even with the standard dampers.. although the shocks have done 134k miles and are going to get replaced with some after-market ones (probably Apex as they are quite reasonably priced) when funds allow ;)

It does handle rather well although a bit to much dive/lean from the front end for my liking but as I say this might have something to do with worn out shocks.

mine are on original shocks and have covered 95k and i get the same through from front to rear as you say. im hoping to swap for coilovers when funds allow, and get the perfect height i want :):thumbup:
