ive just borrowed a set of std 16' x 6.5j et42 alloys from a mates as just a temporary measure while i respray my furby's rims, will they fit straight on my 55reg vrs or do i need spacers etc? theyve got the wrong size tyres anyway but im not bothered about it looking pretty just need em to do a job and hopefully not knacker anything [especially my weitecs emoticon-0136-giggle.gif ] for a week or 2 while im busy in the garage sorting mine out emoticon-0136-giggle.gif ...

Most likely, you could always run them and see if they rub, if they do sell them on again?

That's not the issue - will be the chunky tyres :yes:

Obviously the tyres will have to be ditched. Not just for the fact that they may rub, but the diameter is wrong and will affect the speedometer reading
