Got in the car this morning and the airbag light is on, in addition to the screen wash low light. The screenwash light is always on, even when the bottle is full to the brim - I'm used to it now.

I appreciate the official answer would be to take it to a garage and have the codes read, but are there any common causes? The only recent changes in my use of the car is the climate has been turned down to 16 rather than 18, and I have used MW on the radio instead of FM, but these wouldn't affect the airbag - or would they??

Airbag light can be caused by a poor connection under the seat , has been reported before, worth a search on the forum
