Hello, for those of you who have ordered and taken delivery of a new Superb Estate this year, the lack of an umbrella is down to 'when' date wise you ordered.

We ordered our estate in the first week of March and took delivery in first week of July.

When we discovered no umbrella with the vehicle I first contacted the company who ordered the car then the dealer who delivered. They both stated 'skoda' no longer give out 'free' umbrella's with the superb.

I challenged Skoda customer services over this and it appears down to a cut off date in May. We are now awaiting the umbrella to be forwarded to us from Skoda.!
