just had quick look at the delays people are finding on there cars

i ordered my new vrs (with a couple of goodies) in april and was told build week 31 delivery sept time

which at the time was not an issue as my current vrs was due to go back in spet

now after reading about factory shut down, has any one else with build week 31 (or there baout) been given any eta's for there cars

not going to chase dealer at moment but ideally need car at end of sept as going to south of france at end of september .....

if there is going to be a major delay i might then go to delaer andf see if they can do a deal on car in stock .......

I ordered my VRS CR with DSG,rear sensors, maxidot, metallic, auto dim mirror, rain sensor and light assist, xenons and spare wheel on 18th May. I was told delivery would be for 1st Sept.

Called the dealer last week and was told it's allocated to build week 31 and to expect it at the dealer, pdi'd and ready for me to collect week commencing 6th Sept.
