No, you need a PCD of 5x100 (these are 5x112 - MKII Octavia size) I'm not sure what ET the MKI uses though, but someone will surely be along to tell you.

That's correct. Your lookin at 5x100 et 38 - 35 for 7" - 8" wide rims. That is inorder to keep the same track width - think it is.
