Just wondering if there's anywhere in the South East (Kent, Sussex, Surrey or Essex) that will retrofit VAG cruise control as the two VRS's we're taking to Germany next month haven't got it and would like it. Awesome are (or were) doing it for £117 but we're not travelling all the way up to Manchester for it and the nearest local place we've found that does it is AmD in Thurrock but they charge £340

Any recommendations would be welcome!

yup jamie, got a company....bugger whats their name, they were decent, did me a discount too so paid £150 or if they come to you its about £175, however ask them for discount as club member esp if they are doing 2.

Its the one thing i havent done on my car and after watching the guy like a hawk (who incedently fitted it in about an hr) it looked quite invloved, he told me he had literally fitted over a thousand of them, and i believed him watching him work.

Well worth fitting, used it on several cross european trips this year and its well well worth it!

I've ordered the lights but I think they've got to come from the states so might be a while before they're fitted!

I'm interested and am also in the SE (Redhill, Surrey).

The above info is useful, but I'd welcome any other recommendations.
