Hi,

picked up the Furby yesterday, and realised once i increased the volume the fronts and rears had blown.

The speakers look pretty small...Has anyone here successfully replaced them???

yes, the rears a 10cm / 4" and the fronts are 16.5cm / 6.5" component speakers. On the fronts ensure you install shallow mount speakers as there isn't much depth to play with. As to replace the front speakers then simply remove the door car (plenty of threads on here) and then drill out the speaker rivets. The rears are just behind the boot carpet.
