I dont see why not - the "S" spec here in the UK Comes with 16" Alloy wheels.

I would like to know if i can use 16" alloys (6,5x16, et50) on my superb 3t 2.0 140 tdi

I have fitted 16" Spectrum alloys and Hankook Ventus Prime K105 205/55 R16 W (94) tyres to my Superb 3t Elegance 2.0 140 tdi. The improvement in ride quality and quietness is dramatic. I also prefer the appearance with the smaller wheels, but I am no boy-racer. Tyre pressures for 16" wheels are listed on the filler cap cover.
