I've just checked my hand book and there is a cd changer section in the radio manual so i would assume its changer comptible.

there is a gap under the passenger seat but i cnt see any cables already there.

would the hand book say where it would be if it was?

thanks

I don't have a catalogue from that early - but does the radio look like either of these?

The one at the bottom has a button at the left hand end saying "CD" - that means it's compatible. Does yours?

mines like the top one BUT it has 4 bottoms above the left hand nob. one which says c/d.

Looks like there might be a chance then but you've reached the limit of my expertise here - I've never fitted a changer...
