Coilover update with decent pics

Featured Replies

Been running my kw's in done a good 2k over the last week and bit various motorway, single/ dual carridgeway, and uneven country lanes, speed bumps etc. Alot more comphy then my old octy on kw's, havent grounded out yet and they have settled abit more at the front and rear. Catches the arch on extreme bumps at speed on the drivers side front but this has only happened on maybe two occasions. Overall very happy and impressed. and an excuse for some decnt pics off my holiday.

Comments as always welcome, but as anyone who know me i dont really do subtle.......

i like the orange around the lower center grill, was going to do the fogs orange and debaiting whether to put the same badge on the back as front or as my original plan just smooth completely

Very nice. On a different note, does the air filter make much difference to performance? :wonder:

Looks well, but orange? Looks like it has been Tango'd

I applaud you sir, excellent job!

youre right about it not being subtle! emoticon-0136-giggle.gif .... but quite like it actually emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Looks great fella!!

Looking good you will soon be on the spotted section :giggle:

I kind of like the contrast but IMO the glass needs changing. I don't know that Skodas come with different tinted glass though. Cool green tinted windows and a light interior don't really go with the wheels and badges.

A bit like sucking polo mints whilst eating a kebab! :)

the windows arnt tinted must be the light

There's a light green tint to them from the factory. try holding a piece of A4 paper 1/2 behind the door window and it's easy to see.

I only notice these days because of a conversation I had with Autoglass several years ago when they had the right windscreen but with the wrong tint. (I needed green(y), they turned up with bronze(y).)
