Well pick up my 57plate 2008 Octavia vRS hopefully this wednesday from Manchester. It's a 2.0 petrol T-FSI it's done 20K and is a racing blue hatchback.

I've long been a proponent of the brand especially for the company car users at work, and it's time to put my money where my mouth is and invest.

I've just done 40K in 2.5 years in an accord diesel - which has been totally reliable - expecting the Octavia to be the same, although slightly worse on fuel economy - but I don't mind - it's better than my weekend toy ;-)

Fancy maybe retro fitting cruise, and getting kitted out with a parrot or similar for bluetooth, oh and an ipod interface (dension/connects2)might be worthwhile. not going to look to mod the car otherwise it looks good enough and goes well as is...

Hello and welcome, for bluetooth and ipod interface how about Parrot mki9200 or Bury cc9060 music (thats the one i have,works well with ipod touch and iphone 4).

Not that keen on the separate amp model for driving speakers.
