Anyone fitted powerflex front rear wishbone bushes?

Featured Replies

Hi all, been looking at the whiteline anti lift kit but thinking that the powerflex bushes will be not far off the same result without anywhere near the same cost. Anyone fitted a set as any info appreciated?

Got the Eibach ARB kit fitted on the front and also looking to change the wishbones soon which should make the car handle completely different, but its one step at a time at the mo.

Going to do the dogbone mount insert at the same time aswell.

I would steer away from Powerflex and have a look at Superpro. I have fitted both and the fit and quality of the the Superpro bushes exceeds the Powerflex by quite a way.

If you change the wishbones then go for the TT versions with the camber adjustment. This allows better setup of the front end which the standard wishbones cant manage.

I have a vRS with the TT wishbones with the WALK and superpro front bushes. My Altea has the standard arms with the WALK and superpro front bushes. Both handle great, with the vRS being the winner on cornering speed with the extra camber and better tyres.

Magic just the info i was after thank you. Ive never heard of superpro and wasnt going to change the front wishbone bushes as heard that you get a fair bit more vibration from them. How do you find it with yours? So do you think its worth waiting a bit and fitting the WALK rather than just replacing the bushes on the wishbone rears?

Yea the TT wishbones is what im going to fit as heard very good things about them. Is it just the wishbones i need to get off a TT then or anything else also? Cheers
