hi everyone

ive had my skoda fabia vrs 06 for 4 5 months now , coming from a vr6 2.8 4motion 02 golf this is a big climb down for me , but to my suprise having researched the fabia vrs am so glad i brought it and not a fiesa or polo lol

its a great little car i even like the sound of it now and got over drivng the skoda issues lol, i needed a diesel car but am wondering now maybe i should of brought the octavia vrs for better handling or drivng feeling.

three issues i got with the car are the leaks in the back doors and the handling speed, so my question are how much better a car is the fabias vrs with jabbabar at the rear lowered changed springs 25mm and a air filter and chip to 165 170 hp ?

can u change springs and keep standard dampers ? also i love to spray the crome grill to black like some have or can u buy this part already black ? i also like to spray the wheels balck any ideas of costs.

and yes this is a great site maybe i should look around a bit more but like a general idea thks .

It will be like a different car with a filter + map, rarb and a bit of lower.

A lot of people use Eibach lowering springs whilst keeping the standard dampers.

Rear door leaks is a fairly easy and inexpensive fix.

hi thks for the reply mate ,been checking the site some great stuff on here and cars, am in hounslow not far from heathrow think arb and springs first job for me.

i be honest not got a clue about cars really would a standard mech be about to fit arb and springs how long to fit few hrs ?

and what sort of speed to do u get off yours after remap ?and thks
