Negative bits

The HDMI Audio has distortion but the picture is perfect. Sound through the standard jacks is perfect The sound worked before I rebuilt the machine and since then Ive not been to get a driver that is not distorted.

One of the front USB ports is broken due to me stepping on it while a USB stivk of plugged in.
