CD Changer PROBLEM !

folks,

not sure whether anybody faced this kind of issue before.. when I try to load the CD cartridge in to the changer, it is not locking inside and keep ejecting. any idea what could the problem? mine is a 2002 Octavia, with Symphony 6 CD changer.

any suggestions would be much appreciated.
