Boot Lighting

Featured Replies

Only dear old VAG could be so dumb as to install a boot light which is positioned such that it is completely obscured and useless when you lift up (and latch) the carpet to access the spare wheel.

On the one occasion you really need the light - it doesn't function.

Complete muppets.

rotodiesel.

I would say save yourself some money (given the price quoted) and look at getting LED style festoon bulbs to fit.

Plenty on eBay for not a lot of money. Also seen some nice LED strip lighting wired in too.

I have updated to LED festoons on my Octavia vRS for both boot lights and its a big improvement.
