Does anyone know if motor factors do rear calipers for the vrs??

Ive been supplied with 2 sets of calipers and there both wrong!!

There telling me thats all they list for the vrs.

Skoda want £165 + vat each

Eurocarparts list a rear caliper for vRS...@ £148

A couple of years ago I had trouble with sons rear calipers. no problem for the 150hp octavia but not the VRS. Gave a company called brake engineering the cast numbers, guy came back said they were the same as the golf anniversary model. Had it reconditioned for £45 in the end!! dont know how much it would be now!

I had the same dilema a few months ago, and did just that.. You can't tell the difference.

managed to get 2 calipers from a motor factors for £73.00 + vat each.

Had them on the shelf which was a bonus.
