Noob with a VRS

Featured Replies

Hello

Just thought I'd join up here to get help with any stumbling blocks if I happen to have any.

I've just bought a 2004 Fabia VRS with a slightly unfortunate history. It's had a bump or bruise or 2 in the past but nothing too serious, other than a bit of a crappy half assed repair at one stage where dodgy panel gaps left a lot to be desired. Hope I can get them sorted soon and relatively hassle free though.

So it's currently off the road for the next couple of weeks so I can get a couple of bits of routine maintenance done.

I have a history of VWs and this is my first Skoda.

I also have a couple of project cars including a MK2 golf, Bora, and a 71 Fastback among the collection.

Looking forward to getting the fabia onto the road as a daily driver.

Cheers

Baz

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll be starting a bit of a build thread tomorrow. Although I think it'll end up looking more like a restoration thread. I found a few more niggly annoying bits this evening.

Hi and welcome aboard.
