hi forum, everytime i let off the gas pedal, theres this loud popping clicking noise, coming from the top of the engine and it sounds like its deep down the engine near the manifold, its only audible when the cars in motion, but when stationary theres no sound at all, its increadibly loud, plus the car makes a rattling noise each time i go over a hump, have had the bushes and suspension changed, but yet the problem is still there it sounds as iff something is knocking against metal, its not a persistent knock, when the roads smooth you cant notice it but when it gets rough its sounds like something loose just knocking and its on both passenger and driver side at the front only. can anybody please help

im thinking the same, but also the track rod ends, il definately check both asap, and will post back on the forum

Possibly the rear engine mount called the dogbone mount?
