Strange goings on with my VRS's central locking

Hi folks,

I have a strange one with my central locking and wonder if anyone can help.

When I press twice on the key fob to unlock all the doors, all the doors unlock apart from the rear door on the driver's side. However, if I open one of the other unlocked passenger doors first, then this door unlocks and I can open it! :wonder:

anyone have any ideas on what this issue could be? I'm stumped!
