After searching the country for a new (practical) family car I was set on getting a Mondeo estate (new shape), then I happened to notice at one of the many many dealers I visited a stunning black estate. Not a Mondeo but something I'm much happier with. A 57 Octavia VRS Diesel. So after a lot of research on this fine forum I decided to purchase.

In fact 'happier' with is definatly an understatement. The ride is so much better and the performance pound for pound is definatly a huge bonus.

So, economical and roomy enough to keep the family happy, and enough umph to keep me happy. Winner all the way
