I'm looking at getting a vrs boot spoiler for my mk1 Octavia hatchback at some point. Could anyone tell me how it attaches to the bootlid?

you will need to drill 4 holes in the boot mate.

I've done this. We made a template of each side with cardboard to mark where to drill the holes. You'll also want some Tiger Seal or similar body adhesive/sealant.

Also it was easier with my vrs being there as we could take measurements so it was in the right place
