Aftermarket leather interior

Featured Replies

Hi Briskodians!

When i ordered my Superb Elegance 170 DSG my girlfriend convinced me that leather seating was no good for many reasons.

But i miss it SOO much. Does anybody know what kind of seats that is in the Elegance version and what it would correspond to at Volkswagen?

Would it be possible to buy an off the shelf aftermarket leather kit for the Superb Elegance?

I take it she does not like the feel of the leather (usall) you should have told her that you would put a rug on the back seat or spec'ed the heated rear seats.

if you have ordered the eleglance will it not have leather seats as standard.

I know these people do good after market leather conversions but may be a bit far to travel http://www.sol-ace.co.uk/leather-seat-covers.php

Leather is not standard on Swedish spec Elegance, though the heated rearseats are.

I took leather/alcantara, the best from the 2 worlds :)

I was more looking for a standard kit that could be shipped to me. But can't seem to find any on the net.

There is lots for the VW models, but not for Skoda's.

Try looking for Audi, I think the Seats area bout all the same, see if you can get to measure a mate passet, A4 or A6

A friend did nor order leather for the octavia break.

The had someone do the interior for less money, 900€, and let me tell you.

I seen the break before de owner did, front and rear seats done, door panels, armrest front and rear.

Sidebags tickets sowed on also.

How many people are paying €€€ from factory and are done at the place he got his done.( and paying has if from factory)

He later told me that when he went to choose the leather type, the shop had Audis, Bmw and Mercedes top models also doing the leather interior.

Soo, if the place does work well, why not.

I myself did not want it because my octavia stays out on sunlight to often.

Not recomended for sunnyt places, especially when wearing shorts.

YES ! Something is better here in Finland than in Sweden... :giggle:

Leather or leather/alcantara is standard here.

Many taxis here use leather seat covers if they don`t have original leather interior. Like this :

The price is quite high, though, about 1000 euros.
