Hi guys.

Changed my pads, discs all round today and flushed fluid.

OSR bleed nipple is non functional so needs to be replaced, can anyone confirm to me the size of it?

Also i got a bit of air in the system from the res. I realise i may have a ABS issue but will cross that bridge when it comes, can anyone confirm the order in which you should bleed the master cyl nipples?

VAG use 10 x 1mm nipples and pipe fittings

Nope just bunged solid with crap, cant see the bottom hole.

I don't think you will see through it, the hole is parralel most of the way down and then goes at 45 degrees or so nearing the seating face.

Yep, its definately blocked as it cant be blown through.

Bled the master cyl today, solved thank god! Did bulkhead side, then engine, then bulkhead again.
