i bought a key refurb kit an i changed the internals over but now everytime i put the key in the ignition the imobiliser light flashes. it still starts but the light continues to flash any ideas on why this is and what i can do to stop it

Aye was thinking that but maybe he has the spare on the same key ring

Or there may be a time limit as to when the immobiliser fully kicks in.

i took the chip board out the old one ye and no spare key
