Slightly annoying noises at drivers ear

Featured Replies

Dear all

Apologies if this has been covered already - had a good look but don't seem to see a specific answer.

Got two things that, as the title says, are slightly annoying - made worse by the fact that they occur right next to my ear. First is what sounds like a clicking noise when its raining - thought it might be that the door seals aren't quite right - and the second is a creak that comes from the seat belt height adjuster. There is a gap between the trim and the bit you move up and down and there's also a gap where the two bits of trim meet under the adjuster. Only happens when you go over a bump or on an uneven bit of road.

Anybody encountered this before?

I have got a creak but have not traced it yet. Only happens when the "chassis" twists in my case but must admit hadnt thought of looking at the seatbelt adjusters. I haven't heard a clicking noise when raining though.
