can anyone help please.my wipers are working but despite filling the well i cant get water onto windscreen.pump seems to be working. many thanks.

If the washer bottle is full and the pump is working then there is either a blockage or a leak.

Can the washer fluid be seen dripping from underneath the car after you have operated the pump for a few seconds? If so then you can find the source and identify the leak.

If not then try cleaning the nozzles or check the bottom of the washer bottle for sludge.

How old is your Octavia? You may get more response by posting in either the MkI (<2004) or MkII (>2004) Octavia forum.

Have you tried to use them when they were frozen? if so it's possible a pipe has popped off.
