Hi there it will fit as the golf and vrs inlet and turbo hook up points are the same. But the bumper and crash bars are different which may not allow the same bolt up poistion to crash bar where that intercooler fits. Also the side alloy pipework may be in the way of the vrs crash bar. Probably fit ok, but why not get the forge one if you are wanting to spend £500.

They are only £600 from there main site.

There is a forge page on Briskoda in tuners section that I bet if you contacted them would match the price.

I did 3 years ago when they were £800 and got one for £600.

Then at least you know it fits properly.

As said, the difference in price isn't that much - is the £500 inc or exc VAT? because if it's exc then the real price is about the same as the Forge one.

Also the Forge one comes with an exchange crash bar IIRC which is re-inforced so you don't have to cut your own one, potentially making it unsafe.

Tris my advise is instead of ringing them, contact them direct through this site. You will get a much better deal. Go to the tuners section and email for best deal. If you don't get a price match I would be very surprised.

Also I did not need to return my old crash bar.

The forge unit comes with a modified crash bar.

When I was lookin I rang them direct and was quoted £628, as people have said pay that bit extra for peace of mind knowing it'll be a direct fit with no faffing

OR just buy a good second hand Pro-Alloy intercooler for £300 notes, like me
