W8 mod vrs paint colour?

Featured Replies

As per title I recently fitted the Superbs centre light and need to respray it to match the vrs's dark colour I was wondering if any of yous had done it?

What colour you had used? (pictures?) and how you did it without spraying over the button lighting.

If not anyone know the colour for the interior trim?

Pics please, I had the same problem today when I was looking rear cabin lights in the scrap yard all the vw ones were the lighter shade while mine were dark. Got some off a audi in the end that were all glass. Need to figure out if they will fit first as they are bigger.

they do 2 colour centre pieces, 1 black iirc and 1 that matches the vrs grey, not sure on paint colour, i just bought the one that matches vrs interior

The only choice of superb ones I had was cream or grey. Superb's never came with a dark head liner I thought

Can you post some pics of it pls haven't seen a superb one.

I'll get some pic's up tomorrow I also picked up some rear cabin lights today in a scrap yard from a bora they are cream but I plan to do the same to them as the center light. I think you can get the rears in black they come in the R32 just a note if your willing to pay 30 each for them.

On etka the colour for the light housing is coming up as Satin black going to give that a go tomorrow will report my findings.

Kool m8 good luck with the colour match. The audi ones only cost me a quid each, thing is I wanted 2 way ones. Only thing is they are from the rear piller might put them there if they won't fit on the roof. Got half the rear piller off the audi as a template need to cut it down to size lol

yup you are right, am thinking of the r32/w8 ones, they come in black but as you said cost a lot more!
