Cleaned my car and got almost everything done after 3 hours but I don't have anything to clean the discs. I want to:

1. Clean the discs without taking the wheels off
   
2. Preferably some type of spray solution
   

I can get at them with my wheel brush but any idea what product to use or tips on how to clean them?

Brake cleaner!

Spray it on, watch the dirt drip off then it evaporates.

What type of brake cleaner though?

Quickstop brake cleaner, you will need to take the wheels off though forma decent result

Take the car for a drive and apply the brakes. Brakes discs now nice and shinny! lol!
