I have a 56 plate Skoda II with a dealer supplied and fitted removable tow bar.

I have broken one key of the two supplied with the tow bar.

Anyone know if these are easily available from ther dealerships?

Did the dealer fit the towbar themselves or did they outsource it to a local fitter?

If it is a genuine Skoda towbar it will be a Westfalia and you should have been provided with some paperwork. In this paperwork alongside the part number and serial number is another unique number that is used to replace the keys.

If the fitting was outsourced then you or the supplying dealer will need to make enquiries directly with the third party.

Asked at my local Skoda dealer (Meadens of Sway) and they were able to supply a replacement barrel and two keys fo £13 odd.
